My Learning and Training Concept & Design Process
Estimated Duration: 8–10 Weeks

My Learning and Training Concept & Design Process is structured to ensure the creation of high-quality, engaging, and effective training modules. This process typically spans 8 to 10 weeks, though the duration may decrease depending on the complexity of
the project, previous experience, or if related projects are already in progress
.

Divided into four key phases—conceptualization, draft creation, revision, and final review—the process allows for seamless collaboration among creative teams, stakeholders, and clients. Each phase is designed to gather the necessary resources, incorporate feedback, and refine the content to ensure that the final product aligns with the client’s learning objectives. From the initial creative meetings to the launch of the experience, this structured approach ensures that the training is visually appealing and effective in delivering its intended learning outcomes.
